Refund policy

At TUSHKI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple returns process.

Please read the following guidelines:

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with all tags attached. The black TUSHKI security swing tag must still be attached to the handbag to validate the return.
  • Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange.


2. How to Return an Item

  • Step 1: Email us at contact@tushkibags.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: We will provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging. The black TUSHKI security swing tag must still be attached to the handbag to validate the return.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • UK Returns: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • International Returns: The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
